F1 Race director Charlie whiting have believed with Sebastian Vettel's Brazil GP

The Red Bull driver Vettel overhaul Vergne from sister team Toro Rosso in the fourth circuit of Sunday's race before green lights signaled the end of a yellow lights hazard zone in which passing is forbidden.
